FAQs

WHAT SERVICES DO YOU OFFER?

We offer a variety of reformer Pilates classes including:

  • Foundations

  • Halo burn

  • Sculpt & strength

  • HIIT Pilates

  • Graceful years (for clients 65 +)

  • Special Events classes, (bridal, birthday, friends, privates, ect.)

WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO CLASS?

Please bring water, comfortable workout clothes, and grip socks. Grip socks are required for your safety and hygiene while using the reformers. If you don’t have a pair, grip socks are available for purchase at the studio.

WHAT IF I’M LATE?

We understand life happens and sometimes you may run late. If you are running behind, we kindly ask that you let your instructor know as soon as possible. For safety reasons, late entry may not be permitted once class has started, especially for first-time clients.

If you need to cancel your class, please do so at least 12 hours in advance to avoid a late cancellation fee or loss of class credit.

I’M INJURED OR PREGNANT- CAN I STILL TAKE CLASS?

Regular reformer Pilates can improve posture, alleviate backaches, and even support labor and delivery. Please consult your doctor before attending if you are pregnant, recovering from an injury, or have medical concerns. It is your responsibility to inform your instructor of any injuries, limitations, or pregnancy before class so we can better assist you with modifications and support throughout your workout.

We recommend starting with our Foundations or Graceful Years classes, which offer a slower-paced and more supportive environment for clients needing extra guidance. Your safety is our priority, and we’re happy to discuss alternative fitness options that may better suit you during this special time.

HOW EARLY SHOULD I ARRIVE

Please arrive about 10 minutes early for your first class so we can show you around the studio and get you comfortable with the reformer.

WAITLIST?

If a class is full, you can join the waitlist through our booking system. If a spot opens up, you will automatically be added into class and notified by email or text.

Please note that if you are added from the waitlist within the late cancellation window, you are still responsible for attending or canceling your reservation to avoid a late cancellation fee or loss of class credit. We recommend keeping notifications turned on and monitoring your booking status if you choose to join a waitlist.

ARE THERE ANY STUDIO GUIDELINES I SHOULD KNOW?

Please bring your grip socks, water, and good energy. Grip socks are required for class for your safety, but if you forget them, no stress we’ll have some available for purchase at the studio. Please arrive a few minutes early, silence your phone, and let your instructor know about any injuries, pregnancy, or anything we should be aware of before class.
