Welcome to Heaven Sent Pilates. By using our website, booking classes, or purchasing memberships, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Studio Participation

By participating in classes or services provided by Heaven Sent Pilates, you acknowledge that physical exercise carries inherent risks.

You agree to participate voluntarily and assume all responsibility for any injury, discomfort, or health issue that may arise during or after participation.

We recommend consulting with a physician before beginning any fitness program.

Class Reservations & Cancellations

Booking

Classes may be reserved online through our scheduling platform.

Cancellation & Attendance Policy

Group Classes

Unlimited Memberships

  • Classes canceled less than 12 hours before the scheduled start time will incur a $10 late cancellation fee.

  • No-shows will incur a $25 no-show fee.

Limited Memberships (4 & 8 Class Memberships)

  • Classes canceled less than 12 hours before the scheduled start time will result in forfeiture of the class credit.

  • No-shows will result in forfeiture of the class credit.

Class Packs

  • Classes canceled less than 12 hours before the scheduled start time will result in forfeiture of the class credit.

  • No-shows will result in forfeiture of the class credit plus a $10 no-show fee.

Drop-In Classes

  • Drop-in classes are non refundedable

  • Late cancellations will not incur an additional fee.

  • No-shows will result in forfeiture of the class purchase.

  • ONE drop-in class. Expires 30 days from purchase.

Private Sessions

  • Private sessions canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a $25 late cancellation fee.

  • Private session no-shows will be charged in full and the session credit will be forfeited.

Intro Offer Memberships

  • Classes canceled less than 12 hours before the scheduled start time will incur a $10 late cancellation fee.

  • No-shows will incur a $15 no-show fee.

Late Arrivals

For safety and class flow, late arrivals may not be permitted once class has started.

Memberships

  • Memberships and class packages are non-transferable.

  • All sales are final unless otherwise stated.

  • The Heaven Sent Society Premium Membership is offered on a month-to-month basis with no minimum commitment period.

  • All other memberships require a three-month minimum commitment beginning on the date of purchase.

  • All unlimited memberships are limited to 1 class per day

  • By purchasing a membership, you authorize Heaven Sent Pilates and Wellness LLC to charge the payment method on file for all recurring membership payments and applicable fees.

  • All memberships automatically renew monthly via auto-pay on the membership anniversary date unless canceled in writing by emailing info@heavensentpilates.com.

  • Cancellation requests become effective at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds or prorated credits will be issued for unused membership time or classes.

  • Membership rates are subject to change. Active memberships will maintain their current rate unless canceled. If a membership is canceled and later restarted, the previous membership rate is not guaranteed and current pricing may apply.

Payments & Billing

Clients authorize Heaven Sent Pilates and its third-party payment processors to charge all applicable fees associated with purchases, memberships, bookings, late cancellation fees, and no-show fees.

Failed or declined payments may result in suspension of services.

Studio Etiquette

To maintain a calm and elevated studio experience, we ask clients to:

  • Arrive on time

  • Wear appropriate workout attire

  • Grip socks are required

  • Respect instructors, staff, and fellow clients

Heaven Sent Pilates reserves the right to refuse service to anyone engaging in disruptive or unsafe behavior.

Health & Medical Conditions

Clients are responsible for informing instructors of any injuries, medical conditions, pregnancies, or physical limitations prior to class participation.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including logos, branding, text, graphics, and images—is the property of Heaven Sent Pilates and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

Website Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for unlawful purposes

  • Attempt to interfere with website security or functionality

  • Copy or misuse website content

Limitation of Liability

Heaven Sent Pilates shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

  • Participation in classes

  • Website use

  • Scheduling or payment platform interruptions

Participation and website use are at your own risk.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
